Imagine that your partner is dying of brain cancer and you are trying to care for him with almost no family support while also caring for your 8-year-old twins. Danielle tells her heartbreaking story to help raise awareness about the need for family friendly palliative care so that families can spend the final days of a parents life together in a caring environment.
